Lightbox v2.0: IE "operation aborted error"

    Does anyone have any idea why sometimes on a pc using Internet explorer and error will come up "Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site http://www.website.htm. Operation aborted." if so, how can I get around it? It's inconsistent.

    This happens to me too. any idea?

    happens sometimes and sometimes it doesnt. its driving me mental but i really want to use this code.

    Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

    Same here. It worked yesterday, no changes made on the site but doesn't work today.
    Only happens on IE7, Firefox works fine.

    Whenever I remove the lines

    the site shows up without problems on IE7.

    Have same problem, found out that 2.4 doesnt work if you have swfobject.js for flash on there as well. I went back to 2.03.3 that I had and it works fine.

    Poking around the site, I did not see a way to download v2.03.3.

    My lightbox 2.4 works great in Firefox and doesn't work at all in IE, so I tried installing 2.03.3 and now it won't work in Firefox or IE. It doesn't seem to be finding the js files; it just opens the picture on a blank web page. https://netfiles.umn.edu/users/eric0887/www/test8.html. Can anyone help me?
